My Actifit Report Card: July 17 2023

I swung a kettlebell today! First time in… well, awhile. You could check my Actifit post history for that information probably haha.

Part of the motivation was the purchase of a smart watch, which syncs nicely with this app + is a overly advanced pedometer. It makes nice graphs and data and I enjoy that stuff. So yay!

No great pics but maybe I’ll start screengrabbing some of my Health App data to share.

For now, enjoy a picture of boardgames from the weekend :)
