Today’s steps were brought to you by… the office!? Today was my first day back to a real life office in about… 4 and a half years.

It’s a hybrid situation, so it was pretty quiet. Still weird being out in the bustle of a commute and having IRL coworkers wandering around.

Figured out the scan to email system on the copier first try though, so I still got it ;)

Scan to email? That exists? We're still trying to make our effing HP DeskJet 2722e scan to pdf instead of printing anything we try to scan. Every time it happens we swear that the next printer we buy will just be a printer, no bells and whistles. And if we need one we'll buy a separate scanner, though just using the phone to take a picture of any paper works just as well. Or maybe we'll just trot down to the library and pay them to print or scan stuff. Even with them overcharging for it, it's got to be cheaper, since the HP prints out three pages of test patterns every time we want to use it for anything at all, then runs out of ink 😠
