It’s been more than five years since I played my favorite sport badminton. I have been injured multiple times with this sport not because I’m really good but because I have weak bones. I’m not flat-footed but I really don’t have balance nevertheless that doesn’t bother me to stop what I’m passionate about. These are my teammates and as time goes by we were getting bigger as a family. I know I’m quite behind with their skills but they always encouraged me to play the game with the presence of mind. Now that my knee and elbow injury is fully recovered, I am now ready to be back in this sport of course I have to be extra careful this time. I plan to have my knee therapy again because badminton needs the proper footwork to avoid accidents and since I just started to play I think I forgot the basics of it. Hopefully, I’ll be able to regain my confidence in this sport but for now, I’m enjoying it and having fun meeting new players. Ciao! ❤️
