El próximo 15 de enero a las 19:00 UTC se disputará la primera final de competición del Fútbol español profesional de esta temporada, la Supercopa, que se ha estado disputando estos últimos días en tierras sauditas, y nos regalará un partido que se espera sea excepcional, porque se enfrentarán el Barcelona F.C. y el Real Madrid, uno de los clásicos del deporte rey.

Ahora bien, este clásico en concreto tiene unos aspectos particulares que quisiera comentar porque en cierta forma son las que dan la tonalidad especial a este enfrentamiento.

Contexto

El Real Madrid todavía está en la Champions League, además de que es su actual campeón, y aunque está de segunda en la Liga todavía queda mucho para que esta se defina, por lo que oportunidades le sobran. Respecto al Barcelona sabemos que fue eliminado de la competición más importante de Europa en la fase de grupos, y aunque todavía tiene opción de cierta reivindicación con la Europa League no lo tienen nada fácil si consideramos los equipos que en esta edición la disputarán. La liga la van liderando, pero el cuadro Merengue bien sabemos la disputará hasta el final.

Por otra parte, la copa del rey, está en la fase de octavos de final y ambos, el barsa y el Real Madrid, están en la disputa. De todo este contexto podemos concluir que ambos equipos llegan con opciones casi igualadas de ganar, ya que en cierto modo mantienen un mismo nivel de competición, claro está con sus debidas diferencias. La principal tal vez sea el hecho de que por resultados el equipo catalán necesita más de este título, en especial el proyecto de la directiva encabezada entre otros por Laporta y Xavi Hernández.

Juego equilibrado

Según lo planteado en el punto anterior, podemos decir que el Barsa sale con más tensión al campo, y Xavi desde el banquillo también. Sus seguidores esperamos empezar a ver los frutos del trabajo que se viene realizando, si no seguirá generando y potenciando las dudas sobre las propuestas y hasta de los riesgos que económicamente al principio de temporada se asumieron.

Haciendo abstracción del estado anímico, también debemos ser fieles a la realidad y reconocer que ambos equipos no están en su mejor momento. El Real Madrid por cuestión de lesiones, capacidad física, por lo tanto, y el Barcelona por falta de compenetración en el equipo y de concentración en el juego. Sea cual fuere las causas lo cierto es que, por ejemplo, a ninguno de los dos les fue fácil llegar hasta aquí, los dos tuvieron que esperar hasta las tandas de penales para celebrar su pase a la final, por lo que en ambos la figura que al momento más brilla es la de los porteros.

Espero por ello, un juego donde el equilibrio resalte, el Barcelona presionando arriba y el Real Madrid tratando de resolver el partido desde el primer momento, de allí que lo que tal vez incline la balanza sea el papel de los medio campos, he allí donde avanzo al siguiente y último punto.

Alineaciones

Sin lugar a dudas el Real Madrid tiene su equipo más consolidado, esto pasa por la fortaleza en cada de sus posiciones, de manera especial, en la delantera, donde Benzema parece estar recuperando su nivel. En realidad, aquí es el medio campo donde siento puede variar un poco el planteamiento, ya que en el último partido Camavinga como sustituto de Tchouaméni no funcionó como pivote.

El Barcelona deberá decidir si jugar con dos extremos, que es como tradicionalmente lo ha venido haciendo, o repetir la alineación que tuvo con el Atlético de Madrid, más defensiva, pero tal vez para esta ocasión como se encuentra el equipo sea la más efectiva, aunque si me preguntan me gustaría que jugara con los extremos y sea más agresivo.

Tal vez, debamos concluir que este partido tal como se presenta se va a decidir en gran parte por la estrategia que plantee cada equipo. En este sentido el veterano Ancelotti tiene la ventaja, aunque el joven Xavi se encuentra hambriento de resultados y esto puede ser también un factor diferencial.
