Greetings friends of SWC and HIVE, I'm Jesus Ramirez (@jesus1sw) and today I share with you a series of variations of pull-ups that I recorded in the "Parque Las Ballenas", along with my partner @manuelramos who helped me record this set of pull-ups, son muy buenas si quieres ganar fuerza a la hora de hacer cualquier estático o dinámico, a mi me ayudan demasiado ya que son muy efectivas, en el video hago 10 repeticiones de cada una, pero si quieres aumentarle el numero de repeticiones puedes hacerlo, mientras más hagas es mucho mejor, sin mas que decir los dejo con algunas fotos.
