My Actifit Report Card: November 17, 2024

Yesterday I logged 5,584 steps on @actifit, a little more than half of my daily 10K step goal. Majority of my steps were logged at the dog park in the afternoon, running around with Scarlett as you can see in the photo above. The rest of the day was spent relaxing, eating and watching football. My fantasy team, The Warriors, had a big win this week on a quest for first place.
