My Actifit Report Card: December 7, 2023
Yesterday I logged 6,310 steps on @actifit, roughly 3,700 steps short of my daily 10K step goal. In the afternoon I took Scarlett and Finley for a short walk around the pond. It’s beginning to freeze over and the first snowflakes of the year were starting to accumulate on the surface. Overall it was a good walk, Finley’s first in a couple of weeks after spraining her wrist. I spent the night up late trading the markets and unfortunately got VERY little sleep. I’m currently exhausted and running a few errands. I stopped at Mickey D’s to grab a bacon egg and cheese to keep me going. Probably won’t reach 10K today… but we shall see!
