My Actifit Report Card: May 27, 2023

Yesterday I logged 10,724 steps on Actifit, a little more than 700 steps over my daily 10K step goal. In the afternoon I took a hike through a local forest, which is how I logged most of my steps. In the photo above you can see Tini the Chiweenie checkin’ out the neighbors cows on my morning ride to pick up coffee. Tini LOVES to see the cows… and honestly, I think the cows enjoy her company as well. They always look very curious when I stop by and say hello.
