Riding Tubes in South Sumatra

Greetins all.
It has been a minute.
I would like to share a little memory from a recent trip to South Sumatra where there isn't much else to do except eat and surf!
Ideal if you are a mad keen surfer.
There is a little town there called Krui which has some class surf breaks lining the roadside.
I was fortunate to get this sequence from a local Australian photographer who was shooting that day. Cheers Jake!
This particular wave is called The Peak and bloody hell,, it is not for the faint hearted.
It looks friendly but the wave breaks on razor sharp jagged coral reef which can shred wet skin like a hot knife through butter. Its best to wear protection in situations like that. One bad fall can ruin your trip for sure.
