Puddles: February 27 2025
I took a walk at the park at dusk. There are still patches of snow here and there, but it’s amazing how quickly it has disappeared. And all that snow has turned to puddles!
I chose a path that usually isn’t too muddy after rain, but it sure was mucky in places from the melting snow.
And then in other places it was fine! Go figure!
I find this park to be very picturesque and serene, even when there are no leaves on the trees. There are marshes, creeks, ponds, trails, a nature observatory spot with binoculars, and a dog park.
Well friends, that’s about all I’ve got today. The day was getting dark on me.

Yes, but I've been fooled way too many times to count on it, @silvertop. It's a sunny 18 degrees this morning! We commonly get a big snowstorm in March and often in April as well. I'll be sure to post the pics if it happens!
We will keep firewood in the indoor wood box as well…
