Sublime and Beautiful Sunday - Actifit: April 3 2022
We had a brief respite from winter weather this weekend. (It is snowing again as I write this!)
My dog Zoey and I took a walk at our favorite park, where she is allowed to run free. It was a truly beautiful day, with hints of the coming springtime.
The clouds were high and puffy white against a fresh blue sky.
People who don’t live in Minnesota and have never experienced long winters like we have often ask me why I live here. I guess I can’t explain it, but we do have these extraordinary days, like this one, where it feels great to be alive. And the full, distinct seasons are truly amazing.

Yes, it's very green in summertime!
I often joke that it was the original settlers of the West who first coined the term "WTF" upon witnessing their first winter. Growing up on the plains of Alberta, though, I can agree with you that it's a really magical place.
That said, I hope the April snow doesn't last too long!

I didn't like staying in a place with some bad winters before.
They do get long and tedious. A lot of people take winter breaks to go somewhere warm. Some even leave for several months. It's getting more and more tempting!
The cloud looks very interesting, it looks like the weather is hot there.
