El día de hoy, en unas cuantas horas, darán inicio a los cuartos de final de la Eurocopa en donde quizás 6 de los ocho equipos estaban llamados desde un principio a ser los grandes favoritos del torneo. Hay que decir que esta Euro se ha caracterizado por ser una en donde el dominio de estas selecciones apenas ha existido, es verdad que por lo menos en un partido si hemos visto cierto apabullamiento pero la media o promedio es que no, que han sido partidos muy parejos o incluso hasta aburridos. A pesar de esto creo que por lo menos los top 2 de esta lista siguen estando arriba en mi percepción para ser los posibles ganadores: España o Alemania.

Inglaterra se verá con Suiza, los que eliminaron a Italia. Honestamente no veo a lo ingleses nada favoritos, desde el comienzo de esta Euro han sido un mar de dudas, sobre todo a nivel defensivo y gracias también a la poca credibilidad de Southgate. Un equipo con semejantes potencias de jugadores no pueden jugar tan mal, es un dolor verlos en cancha, a veces me pregunto como llegaron a la final hace 3 años teniendo en cuenta que es casi el mismo equipo. Suiza puede dar la gran sorpresa, la dio con los azzurri, la puede volver a dar. Han demostrado que linea por linea son muy sólidos y que a la hora de la presión capitalizan.

Holanda por su parte han ido de menos a más, la manera que le ganaron a Rumania fue muy contundente, sobre todo porque los rumanos estaban llamados a dar una mejor presentación después de lo que hicieron en la fase de grupos. Cero dudas acá, creo que Koeman y los suyos pasarán sin problemas, tienen un equipo muy top a pesar de que no se hable muchos de ellos cosa que es extraña porque nadie los pone como favoritos. Veremos entonces...

Lo de Inglaterra llama mucho la atención. Habría que intentar probar qué entrenador tendría las credenciales para manejar a un vestuario tsn talentoso como el de ellos. Algunos atribuyen que esa es parte de la solución para que este equipo funcione. De verdad que los cambios en el último encuentro dejaron mucho que desear. Saludos @javyeslava.photo
Nada más porque lo deja a Palmer en la banca es suficiente razón para achacarle gran parte de la responsabilidad, no puedes dejarlo sentado después de la gran temporada que hizo en el Chelsea. No entiendo muchas decisiones de él, hasta los cambios a veces no se entienden.
No sé, no los veo pasando a pesar de todo.
