The human being usually always seeks to overcome himself, to be strong and show what he is capable of when he sets his mind to it, friends this is the case today, I signed up for a marathon of almost 7 km called "vive y corre el Romeral" located in La Estrella, Medellin, Colombia.

I will not lie, when I read about the challenge run hive, I was motivated to return to my past when I trained athletics, and therefore I was invited to this race, but to be honest I did not do very well, because I did not count on that I would have to run a very long and steep hill.

The nice thing is the objective that can be seen at a glance, is to promote the idea of promoting exercise and try to eradicate a little leisure, although we are in a decade where technology is advancing at a huge pace, it does not mean that we have to live in an automated world.

It was a nice experience, the removal of the number was easy and there was stretching before starting the race, many people came to support and encourage us and to reach the finish line, it was a quiet but exhausting run, but for next time I will try to train much more and get among the first. El humano por lo general siempre busca la superación de sí mismo, ser fuerte y demostrar de lo que es capas cuando se lo propone, amigos este es el caso de hoy, yo me inscribí en una maratón de casi 7 km llamada "vive y corre el Romeral" ubicado en la estrella, Medellín, Colombia.

No les mentiré, al leer sobre el reto run hive, me motivo a volver a mi pasado de cuando entrenaba atletismo, y por ende me invitaron a esta carrera, pero siendo sincero no me fue muy bien, ya que no contaba con que tendría que correr una loma muy Prolongada y empinada.

Lo bonito es el objetivo que se puede observar a simple vista, es fomentar la idea de promover el ejercicio y tratar de erradicar un poco el ocio, a pesar de que estamos en una década dónde la tecnología está avanzando a unos pasos descomunales, no significa que tenemos que vivir en un Mundo automatizado.

Fue una bonita experiencia, el retiro del número fue fácil y hubo estiramiento antes de empezar la carrera, muchas personas se acercaron para apoyarnos y alentarnos y poder llegar a la meta, fue un recorrido tranquilo pero agotador, aunque para la próxima vez intentaré entrenar mucho más y poder llegar entre los primeros. Para terminar les confesaré, el perro de la foto me gano de una manera aplastante y humillante, gracias por esta oportunidad de volver a estar con ustedes se despide su amigo javikun.
