A Photo Walk Though the Golden Mustard Fields: Nature's Canvas: Petals, Paths and Pumping Water My Actifit Report Card: December 13 2024

Hello to my #actifit community. Welcome to another blog. I hope you are all doing well. I am also doing pretty well. Here I am coming up with another wonderful activity report.

It was Friday and the weather was very pleasant. Yesterday I suffered from a fever, that's why I took leave from my office. I got up a bit late in the morning, and had my breakfast 🥞. After having breakfast 🥞 I decided to go for a walk in a new place. I never walked towards this beautiful natural place.

The sun was shining very nicely. I like to walk in the cold weather. I walked towards mustard fields located near the famous tomb of "Dadi Bibo". The land was fully covered with yellow colors. The mustard flowers were looking awesome. They were given an eye-catching view. The bees were busy collecting nectar from the flowers. I could hear the sound of buzzing bees.

The fragrance of the mustard flowers was spreading around, and I was enjoying the fascinating scenes of nature. I am lucky that I have plenty of nature around me. I wander in nature and get mental as well as physical satisfaction.

While walking around the mustard fields, I came across a huge tree, which is a very old tree. It is called "Borh tree". I took pictures of this beautiful huge tree.

After visiting mustard fields I returned home. I offered my Jumma prayer in a nearby mosque. Then I took my daughter Javeria Javed Khan and again we walked towards fields of wheat. The farmers were watering their wheat crops by tube well. Jsveria Javed Khan and I took some selfies.

The neat and clean water of the tune well looked very fresh. My mind was fully recharged, and I was enjoying the natural scenes of my village, Pai Khel. I always prefer village life over city life because of the natural views.

The farmers have just sowed their wheat crop and you can see the plants of wheat crop are just coming out from the land. Here are the pictures of the wheat crop.

In our village, the farmers built tunnels for watering the different crops. Here you can the tunnels.

In summer, we take a bath in the cool water of a tube well. But in winter it is just used for watering the crops.

My daughter Javeria Javed Khan also joined me on the walk. She is very talkative. She asked me to take some pictures in front of the tube well. I hope you will like these pictures.

In the meantime, I crossed 11k steps of walking. The walk is necessary for our health, and we should make a habit of it. So that we may lead a healthy life.
