My Actifit Report Card: June 3 2024
Good day fellow acitifiters,
Happy Monday everyone. I hope you all had a great start to your week. Mine was pretty tiring but productive. I completed a transaction at our internet service provider regarding our internet concerns. I then went to 2 different banks to update some details. I have lastly, assisted my nephew in his enrollment to grade 11. The last one was the most tiring because of the many enrollees crowding the school
I went home suffering from a headache maybe due to exhaustion. I needed to take a nap, and so I did.
The nap did greatly help me not to miss my exercise today, but I limited myself to three exercises.
Strength Exercise
My first exercise is pull-ups. I did four sets with six repetitions. The numbers in this screenshot are not accurate. But looking at it, maybe it counted the descents too.
The second exercise is back/reverse lunges. I did four sets, with 18 repetitions on the first 2 sets, and then 20 repetitions on the last 2 sets. This is shown as set numbers 5-8. For some reason, the watch thought that set 8 was a squat, while it failed to identify sets 5, 6, and 7 to mark it as unknown.
The third and last exercise is push-ups. I did 15 repetitions on the first two sets, then 17 on the third, and 18 on the last. Again, the numbers recorded were not accurate, and set 11 was recorded as Lateral Raise.
