My Actifit Report Card: April 6 2023
Hello fellow actifiters,
Happy Thursday everyone. It's time for another Zumba. But this time I did a 5 min warm up first. Then I turned the TV on and opened YouTube to start dancing Zumba with the TML crew videos.
Today's dance lasted for about 1 hour and 10 mins, with about 621 KCal burned
This dance surely made me hungry. Luckily, our neighbor just gave us "Binignit". Not sure how to describe this dish, not even sure if it's a dessert or a snack. But it is traditionally made with glutinous rice cooked in coconut milk with various other ingredients which varies depending on the region in the Philippines. I think this one is more of a snack since it's not very sweet, which I like.
