My Actifit Report Card: November 25 2023
During my treadmill workout - and of course, earning multiple crypto tokens, a few things caught my eye on my news feed and emails:
The SEC, you know, the government entity that's supposed to "protect" investors?, has become a major roadblock for the bankrupt Celsius to payback its shareholders and retail customers. Go figure?
Apple Customers. you know, the people who are supposed to be so loyal to Apple that they get fleeced at the checkout counter?, have filed a class Action lawsuit AGAINST Apple for colluding with Venmo and others to discourage the use of crypto payments.
Related to the Kraken situation, Cardano and Solana are now being targeted as "securities" by the SEC.
"It's a 'spiracy, I tell ya! A 'spricay 'gainst da brown man!"
