My Actifit Report Card: October 23 2022

We need to wake up early, and so we did at 6:30am. I prepared our meals, while my wife prepared our necessities.

We went on our trip to, first, Dagupan City, and our friend fetched us on our way to Sta. Barbara town for deaf field service. It was fun because we got to meet with friends as we also had a gathering.

In the afternoon, we had another meeting, and went home evening already. My wife also had the chance to walk in the park.
