My Actifit Report Card: April 3 2022

I'm still having some headaches at times but I need to do some online tasks. Gladly, my brother lent me his new anti-radiation glasses which helped.

I joined our virtual deaf ministry in the afternoon, and afterwards, we went to our family house. I played badminton with my brother. By early evening, my wife and I went home, and of course, we walked again.
