foodies and furious : November 25 2024

the food has been cooked, finally.
the ingredients yesterday has magically transformed into food this noon.
nah!
i cooked the whole noon time, i chopped vegetables, which took most of the time.
i hate chopping, but i hate washing the utensils more.
does any of you feel the same as well?

and for this dish, i had to cut potatoes, carrots, turnips, bell peppers, onions, garlic, and the chicken.
way too many ingredients for my comfort.
and just imagine how many i had to wash after.
it may have took around an hour to cook, but oh well, this tomato based dish has finally flourished and i am here to relish.

for today, i felt complied to go to the gym for my cardio work.
i have been constantly out in the streets and the cold weather did not gave me the sweats i needed.
that is where the gym come in handy sometimes.
but my, this tv program showed heavy eaters.
the dish was a tomato and cheese based lasagna risotto mix.
a big pan of it really.
and these four people ate that fresh from the oven.
and 35 minutes later, they have completed 3 kg of the dish already.
good for them, but big eating is a skill i don't think i want to have.
tomato and cheese bases are already heavy to eat so eating that many would be very very difficult.
and yes, they ate the whole thing in under 50 minutes.
again, you can do it but it is not for me.

and after the cardio, i had a leg session as well.
i have been dreading leg days lately, i just don't have the energy to do legs.
and honestly, i skipped the last leg machine with the excuse that someone else was using it and i could have waited, but i didn't.
wew!
here is the routine:

pull ups (10 x 12)
squats (75kg x 3 x 12)
dead lift (60kg x 3 x 12)
lunges (25kg x 3 x 12 per leg)
bulgarian split squat (25kg x 2 x 12 per leg)
leg extensions (59kg x 4 x 10)
leg curls (36kg x 3 x 12)
*skipped calf extension

back at home, i played my mobile game again and i got pissed off by this trivia puzzle about colors again.
and i was really stuck for minutes thinking how dumb i must be.
my color blind eyes needed more time to confirm the colors and this puzzle only showed the color patterns at a very limited time.
only to find out that the puzzle was intentionally making things wrong because there was some other mechanic needed to be done first.
wow!
i was infuriated after that.

yeah, cardio on winter is really something. looking back, i survived last year by having indoor cardio the whole winter season

Yes, it’s definitely colder where we live!🥶
There are still many homes above us on our road that usually get deep snow during the winter!😮
