let the storm rage on : August 16 2024
a storm is predicted to hit tokyo.
my friends have been worried of the devastation it might bring.
so here i was, felt scared a bit.
i was indoors though, still safe.
i waited and waited for the storm to come.
the wind got strong by lunch time, but at least there was no rain.
the hours went on and on...
no rain...
no wind...
is this really how a typhoon is supposed to be?
oh well, that is a good thing right?
the typhoon did not hit a landfall, that is good.
no destruction then.
but...
i did not go nightwalking.
oops!
i planned not to be active today because of this typhoon.
but since there was no rain...
now i felt guilty.
what would i do now?
at 10pm, i went to the gym and did an hour long treadmill.
i won't be 0 for today then.

Glad the storm didn't make a direct hit. It is also cool you were able to get your walk in, even if it wasn't the way you wanted.
i got so guilty, i was ready to rest if it just rained.
It could be that your injury does require some rest my friend. Maybe give eit a day off from walking and do the eliptical trainer at the fitness center instead.
is that the bike? oh my, i hated that machine. ahahah
no, it is not a bike. It is like a stepper, but you kind of glide on it as you don't lift your feet. It doesn't cause impact on the knees like running on the treadmill.
oh i see. so that is what it's called. ok ok. will definitely try that out. we have that in our gym too
