Apparemment ces deux caractéristiques sont mutuellement antagonistes ...
Être informaticien et prendre de l'âge, le corps n'aime pas, du moins, dans mon cas.
Faut dire que je ne suis plus aussi sportif qu'avant, voire même plus du tout.
Ajoutons à cela mes petits cadeaux biologiques et on a tous les ingrédients d'un Ithara qui veut s'occuper du jardin et qui est déjà tout cassé à moins de 15% du taff accompli.
Faut dire qu'on l'avait laissé en jachère tout l'été comme la ville le demandait pour la vie sauvage... Et je comprends mieux pourquoi j'étais le seul du quartier à m'y plier.
Des regards de travers des voisins, et des courbatures pour moi quand je m'y remets. Je crois donc que c'est la dernière fois que je le ferai, à moins de m'arranger avec les ville :
- OK pour aider la nature, si les ouvrier communaux viennent s'occuper 1 fois par an du jardin pour réhabiliter le terrain après la jachère...
Pour vous dire l'effort à fournir est tel que même la tondeuse s’étouffe tous les 2 mètres...
Là cela fait 20 minutes que j'ai arrêté, j'suis encore à bout de souffle et en sueur lol...
Je pense que j'ai été trop fort d'un coup, je fais chaque fois la même, pauvre idiot ... Faut que j'apprenne à doser et reprendre petit à petit. Mais c'est pas facile quand on veut que le boulot soit fait.
Mais comme les chaleurs vont diminuer, je vais pouvoir réinvestir ma petite salle de gym beaucoup plus régulièrement, cela devrait me faire beaucoup de bien... Ou m'achever, MDR :-)
Si vous avez moins de 40ans ... Prenez garde et acceptez ce conseil qui ne vaut que ce qu'il vaut :
Pensez à rester actif et sportif, cela vous aidera sur le long terme (sauf avis contraire du toubib) ...

Plus facile que la tondeuse quand tu as une jachère de 1 m de haut c'est le rotofil.
Là, tu vas tuer ta tondeuse, ce n'est pas fait pour ça.
En plus l'appareil est léger et se manipule plus facilement.
Pour la reprise du sport, il faut se remettre à la marche et tenter de se fixer un objectif d'abord en temps puis en temps par kilomètre pour reprendre un rythme.
La semaine passé, je me suis fait 6km à un rythme de 8min35 au kilomètre: 6,8km/h
Bon c'est de la marche rapide mais au petit matin ça vide la tête pour la journée.
J'ai bien un appareil, mais il est mis en débroussailleuse qui en plus déconne, l'écrou est bien figé, mais si je sais le décoincer, je le placerai en rotofil ...
Tiens, ce foutu fil qui se brise en particule partout dans le jardin, somme nous sur que c'est pas du vilain plastique ? :-)

On revient de chez hubo, la lame a été décoincée et elle a d'ailleurd volé dans le magasin lorsqu'il l'a tetée, donc c'était bel et bien dangereux, mais là maintenant on pourra faire rotofil avec :)
Il a aussi dit que le fil était biodégradable, donc normalement pas de plastique la dedans, cool :-)
