Samedi : De 13 à 15 / 7820 pas ... Sports Promenade pédèstre

2 petites heures de promenade, même pas, 7820 pas en 3 étapes, la dernière fut la plus dure ...

De la maison nous sommes allés voir le terrain partagé (1), mais nous n'y avons pas vu Poupazor.
Ensuite, j'ai insisté à chaque croisement pour aller un peu plus loin, afin de tenter les 10.000 pas.

J'ai réussi à convaincre Flo d'aller à l'ALDI (2), même si mon but c'était le trafic un peu plus loin, ce sera pour la prochaine tentative :)

L'excuse du aldi c'était de se prendre chacun une boisson pour le trajet de retour ...

Sauf que flo s'est un peu laisser aller : 6 bouteilles de lait chocolaté, 6 bouteilles d'eau à la mente, chips, biscuits (et 1 boisson (25cl) pour moi) ... Ca fait beaucoup plus qu'annoncé et c'est moi qui ai pu porter le tout jusque la maison (3) à bout de bras, et oui, c'était clairement le plus dur du trajet :).

Mais au moins, me voilà fixer, me promener jusque là, c'est clairement faisable, même si c'est pas très judicieux de choisir les heures chaudes de la journée :)

Si avec ce genre d'exercice je ne perds toujours pas de poids, alors j'arrête de faire des efforts !
