Hola amigos Hivers! Hoy desperté agradeciéndole a Dios por un nuevo día de vida y que nos da mucha salud y oportunidades de salir, explorar y conocer este mundo y mi país tan maravilloso del cual estoy contento de viajar y tener grandiosas experiencias. El día de hoy como estamos en días festivos y en un verano donde el calor está haciendo de las suyas pues salí temprano hacer una leve ruta con mi bicicleta aunque algo adolorido porque esta semana empecé nuevamente en el gimnasio ya después de casi 2 años sin ir pero ya estamos ahí retomando y entrenando fuertemente 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 el día de hoy quise esta ruta leve y cerca para después de unas 2 horas irme a mi habitual rutina en mi trabajo.

Hello friends Hivers! Today I woke up thanking God for a new day of life and that gives us a lot of health and opportunities to go out, explore and get to know this world and my wonderful country from which I am happy to travel and have great experiences. Today as we are on holidays and in a summer where the heat is doing its thing because I left early to do a slight route with my bike although a little sore because this week I started again in the gym after almost 2 years without going but we are already there resuming and training strongly 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 today I wanted this route light and close to after about 2 hours to go to my usual routine in my work.
