My Actifit Report Card: February 15 2025
Les cuento que esta semana ha sido algo diferente para mi, esta semana ya llevo 3 días seguidos entrenando fuertemente para mejorar mi actividad física, también cómo reto personal de verme mejor físicamente y pues para sentirme mejor conmigo mismo.
En este 3er día fue que pude salir temprano de mi trabajo, al llegar a mi casa sin cambiarme aproveché con los mejores ánimos de ir trotando hacia las barras más cercanas a unos cuantos kilómetros, fui con mi hermano, mi Primo y un amigo que pronto también estarán compartiendo en Hive con nosotros.
Después de trotar proseguimos hacer estiramientos, calentamientos como: círculos con los brazos, rotaciones de cadera y movimientos de cadera.
Con el trote se calentó bastante ya que fueron como media hora y unos cuantos kilómetros, y al llegar también le metimos a saltar la cuerda como cardiovascular.
Hicimos de todo un poco, cuerpo completo como: flexiones de brazos, sentadillas, dominadas, fondos en paralela y silla, elevaciones de pierna y abdominales.
I tell you that this week has been something different for me, this week I have already been training hard for 3 days in a row to improve my physical activity, also as a personal challenge to look better physically and then to feel better about myself.
On this 3rd day it was that I was able to leave my work early, when I got home without changing I took advantage of the best of jogging to the nearest bars a few kilometers away, I went with my brother, my cousin and a friend who will soon also be sharing in Hive with us.
After jogging we continue to do stretches, warm-ups such as: circles with the arms, hip rotations and hip movements.
With the trot he warmed up a lot since it was like half an hour and a few kilometers, and when we arrived we also put him to jump rope as cardiovascular.
We did a little bit of everything, full body such as: push-ups, squats, pull-ups, parallel and chair bottoms, leg lifts and abdominals.
