My Actifit Report Card: September 19 2024
hey Hivers! Hoy comparto con ustedes una vez más una mañana de ruta, empezando levantándome a las 7 de la mañana me arreglo y desayuno bien activo, hago un calentamiento y salgo de mi casa a las 7:30 empezando suavemente porque ya tenía un mes sin usar la bicicleta ya que la tenía dañada, bueno empiezo rodando desde mi casa hasta el pueblo De San Pedro de los Altos (2 Kilómetros pues vivo cerca).
Aprovechando el frío de la mañana y un buen clima fresco rendí lo más que pude recorriendo y tomando fotos en cada kilómetro o paisaje que veía, esta es una ruta 9/10 en dificultad muy exigente, yo ya estoy acostumbrado porque ya he subido aproximadamente unas 30 veces o más! En particular es mi ruta favorita donde siento que mejoró en este mundo del ciclismo, cada vez que salimos a pedalear nuestro esfuerzo físico se eleva y el rendimiento se expande y nos hacemos más duros en todo esto.💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
Bueno amigos pues termine llegando a l cumbre de la montaña aproximadamente 6 Kilómetros bien largos y altos, llegué a un punto de guarda parques donde me tengo que registrar que es un protocolo que siempre que alguien suba por si acaso se llegan a perder en la montaña ahí estarán sus datos, ahí después de registrarme recargue mi pote de agua y seguí ah lo que era mi destino. Un banquito que está en medio de un camino con una vista extraordinaria donde me siento a descansar y relajarme de todo lo que esté pasando sea bueno o malo.
Cabe destacar que este parque nacional es extremadamente grande y amplio, semanal subiré mis resultados por Actifit mostrándoles estas maravillosas rutas!
En total el día de hoy recorrí 14 Kilómetros aproximadamente pero solamente 3 kilómetros en plano y lo demás Puras subidas al empezar la ruta y de regreso todo fue bajadas pero es algo que haría todos los días si no tuviera responsabilidad con el trabajo.

Well, friends, well, I ended up reaching the summit of the mountain, approximately 6 kilometers very long and high, I arrived at a park guard point where I have to register, which is a protocol that whenever someone goes up in case they get lost in the mountain there will be their data, there after registering I recharged my water pot and continued there what was my destination. A little bench that is in the middle of a road with an extraordinary view where I sit to rest and relax from everything that is happening, whether good or bad.
It should be noted that this national park is extremely large and spacious, weekly I will upload my results by Actifit showing you these wonderful routes!
In total today I traveled approximately 14 kilometers but only 3 kilometers in flat and the rest Pure climbs at the beginning of the route and back everything was lowered but it is something I would do every day if I did not have responsibility with the work.
