Dealing with stress and sleep at the same time

What's up, everyone? It's me again with another blog. I am facing a busy time in recent days. The reason for what I am facing is my research. Collecting some data related to my research is necessary, and I need to collect those data from the fisheries scientists. That is the reason I need to spend a good amount of time outside of my home.

Today, in the early morning, I went to meet some fisheries scientists. Fortunately, all kinds of data I needed were done today, and I won't need to go anywhere to collect data as data was collected, but for collecting data from morning to afternoon, time was gone, and I didn't notice how time had passed. I took my lunch at approximately 3:45 p.m., which was really late for lunch. I was able to return home at 5:00 p.m.

Returning home, I was exhausted. Instead of it, I pushed myself to stay in front of the computer to organize all the data. After 5 hours, I finished my dinner with my family. The real trouble started here. I started to be lazy after dinner, and sleep was trying to take control. But I couldn't sleep as I had some tasks to do before going to sleep. I needed to overcome my laziness and sleep. Moreover, my speed of activity decreased a lot. So, I decided to do something to boost my energy.

Taking tea or coffee may help others stay awake, but both are not effective on my body, and I didn't have the mood to make coffee or tea either. My brother was watching the t20 cricket match between the India and Pakistan cricket teams. The target was very small, and I thought Pakistan would chase the run easily. I saw that the match situation became interesting, and everyone wants to see a 50/50 situation when two rivals play games. I couldn't resist watching the match with my little brother. At the end, the Indian cricket team won the match. During this time, my stress has been reduced a lot.

For an unknown reason, I wanted to listen to some old music. It's kind of a rare thing for me to listen to music. Naturally, I listen to music when my mood is good or bad. I don't know what kind of mood was there because, at that time, I was dealing with stress. During the time I was listening to music, I felt my energy level boost and reach its normal level. I was writing my research paper while listening to music.

My little brother didn't sleep as well. He had an assignment from his school to complete. He needed my help to complete it, and he was waiting for me to be free. Seeing no sign of becoming free, he told me about it. So I just tried to help him immediately and instructed him to complete his assignment. I have done it immediately because he needs to go to sleep early and wake up early to go to school. My task of helping my brother was done within 30 minutes.

I realized that my brain became slow, and it didn't want to work, and wanted to go to sleep. But before that, I need to give some time to Hive. Moreover, I was determined to write a post for Hive. I started writing posts, and this is the result of it. I have written the whole post with huge difficulty. I just needed a finishing touch. I turned off my computer and decided to finish the remaining task on my mobile, and after a little time, the writing was done.

After writing the post, somehow I turned off my eyes for one minute, and it was a mistake of mine. Do you know what cost me the price? It's the yearly author badge of hivebuzz, as I slept and woke up early in the morning. So right now I am feeling a little bit bad because I have spent more than 5 months publishing a post each day, and now it's morning and this post was supposed to be published a few hours ago. I am just feeling a little bit bad thinking about it, but I think it's okay, and there is nothing to feel unlucky about. Moreover, I don't blame me for it because, from my side, I have done my best. In fact, I pushed myself to extend the limit. Whatever, At the end, The summary of the day was a very productive one although I felt myself as a robot in some particular time.
