Allowing drugs in sports is not a wise idea
We are humans, not robots, and all the time we don't think only about work or making each moment productive. It's impossible for a human to make each moment productive, but for betterment, we just try to make maximum time productive. And that creates a difference between humans and robots.
The robot does not have a heart, and it has no happiness or sadness, as the robot can't understand the feeling. And robots are made for specialized work because humans are totally different and have feelings. Humans need recreation, and sports are one of the good ways to do it, and various kinds of sports were invented for it.
In recent times, some sportsmen have used drugs to enhance their performance, and they actually perform better than the average ones, although taking drugs for such kind of act is prohibited. Naturally, the first question that comes to mind is why they are taking it. The answer is quite simple. Suppose that in one sport, muscle power plays the most important role. Then one player can take drugs that can increase muscle power by 1.5x. A sportsman may take it for better performance and fame, but at the same time, it's harmful for the body as there are many side effects of drugs.
Considering the health issues, taking drugs should not be allowed. In the current time, we believe that everything is possible, and maybe in the future, those drugs can be taken without any kind of side effect. In that case, there is nothing wrong with taking it, considering the health issue, but I still feel it should not be allowed in sports. I am saying why.
At the beginning, I already said that sports are for recreation, and as long as they're entertaining, that's ok. But I think it's entertaining even without taking drugs. So why bother to take drugs and spend money? The another reason is inequality. Suppose one sportsman takes a drug; others don't take it. Then it is like one is taking advantage of another, which is inequality, and it can harm the beauty of sports. Moreover, financial differences can create a difference between sportsmen because of which one can get the better drug, which can be the reason for inequality. In a word, the ability of the drug may decide the winner. Moreover, sportsmen will be highly dependent on drugs rather than depending on their skills if they are allowed to take them. So I don't think it should be allowed in any kind of situation.
Whatever the reason, we should not forget about the real purpose of sports. We need to careful that we are not making sports as the show of effectiveness of drug.

I share the same thoughts with you about allowing drugs in sports. Some athletes in the past have had their reputations tarnished because they have been found out using drugs.
I don't understand why people are so reckless to win even it cause health issue and decrease their life span also.
