10 Wicket record which can not be ignored

In the financial capital of India, audience witnessed history repeating itself just to be forgone. Yesterday, was the concluding day of the test match between India and New Zealand. It is the outdated format of the cricket in the age of t-20. Hence, these matches don't get the coverage they desire otherwise.

In one of these matches, history was written to be forgone. The match was won by India in its own financial capital Mumbai. But the bowler from New Zealand made a record, but could not save his team from losing the match. Indian Media which dominates the internet with its content ignored this new record a bit.

Aijaz Patel a, Mumbai borne New Zealand player made a history in the cricket by taking all the ten wickets. It is not really easy to take all the wickets when their are multiple ballers balling their side. All of them are equally capable. In the current form it is even difficult to take the wickets of Indian batsmen who look strong on the paper.

Though they proved they are still one of the best batting side by winning the match, the day belonged to Aijaz Patel a mentee of Dipak Patel from New Zealand.

He took all the 10 wickets and became the only third baller after Jim Laker and Anil Kumble, who made it to capture all the ten wickets in a test match. Anil Kumble's hall of fame was celebrated by the Indian cricket team as it was against their arch rivals Pakistan.

This slow left armed orthodx bowled 43 overs against India, out of these 10 overs were maiden (meaning no runs were scored in these overs) he conceded 119 runs in rest 31 overs and got all the 10 wickets of the Indian cricket batsmen.

He is an record winning bowler along with Jim Laker of England who took all 10 against Australia in 1956, and Anil Kumble, of India who take all against Pakistan in 1999.
