My Actifit Report Card: April 10 2025
Breakfast was millet porridge with blueberries. Went to the trail and walked a mile.
Lunch was leftovers from yesterday. Watched some YouTube videos. Worked on some projects.
Went to the trail land did two thirds of a mile. Dinner was scrambled eggs with cheese and toast. I added some mushrooms and microgreens. Watched episodes of Bones. Anyway, thanks for reading.
