My Actifit Report Card: March 19 2025
Breakfast was scrambled egg and cheese with bacon sandwiches. Just took the dog into the yard and then we went out. My wife had a quilting class and I was going to do some shopping.
Lunch for me was popcorn chicken while I was shopping. I went to several stores for dog food and other odds and ends. Also picked up some veggies at Aldi. I stopped at the library to look at their book sale shelves.
Took the dog out to the trail when we got back. Walked a little over a third of a mile. Stopped at the local store to buy ground beef. Also went to the store’s gas pumps for gas. Dinner was cheeseburgers with cucumber slices and a mayo/mustard dressing. My wife went up to a guild meeting and I planted my English peas in the garden. I worked on some projects while my wife was away and did a load of dishes in the machine. Watched some YouTube videos. Anyway, thanks for reading.
