My Actifit Report Card: March 8 2025
Breakfast was a porridge made from leftover quinoa. I added banana, blueberry and some nutmeg. Also a little honey for sweetness. Took the dog to the trail. It had snowed last night, but only a dusting. We walked a little over a mile. Walking past the rest area past the bridge.
Went shopping to buy some kielbasa for lunch. I fried them up to put into hotdog buns. After lunch my wife went to work in the sewing room and I worked on some projects.
Our friend Sally came over to visit. She brought a loaf of homemade sourdough bread. We didn’t go to the trail with the dog. Dinner was spaghetti and meatballs with sauce. We watched an episode of The Old Man. I watched some YouTube videos. Anyway, thanks for reading.
