My Actifit Report Card: February 17 2025
Breakfast was a millet porridge with apple and walnuts. I added some honey, vanilla and nutmeg. Just took the dog out to the back yard.
Lunch was a ham and lentil soup that I had up in the freezer. We watched two episodes of The Recruit.
Dinner was steak, potato salad and mixed veggies. We watched an episode of The Old Man. Anyway, thanks for reading.
