My Actifit Report Card: February 7 2025
Breakfast was scrambled eggs and cheese with veggies. I fried some potato to go with them. Took the dog to the trail and we did almost three quarters of a mile. Saw my friend Jim who I haven’t seen since before the New Year because of the snow and cold. When I got back I worked on the taxes.
Lunch was the Aniston salad in a wrap. We watched a movie, the Book Club. I worked some more on projects and my wife went upstairs to work. Got some packages delivered for my project to collect rainwater from the roof. More to come in future gardening posts. Saw deer across the street when we took the dog for the afternoon walk.
Took the dog out and walked about .85 of a mile. We met our friend Sally there and she brought her dog. Dinner was a chicken sweet and sour stir fry. We had it over white rice. We watched a couple of episodes of Walker and went out to the local grocery store. Anyway, thanks for reading.
