My Actifit Report Card: February 1 2025

Breakfast was banana and oatmeal muffins. Took the dog into the yard. We were still hungry so had some scrambled eggs with cheese and spinach. Took the dog to the trail. It was chilly, but clear. I worked on the taxes for a client while my wife worked on her sewing.

Lunch was cheeseburgers on ciabatta rolls with lettuce. The first was so delicious we had another. We watched an episode of Evil. And then we went up to take a nap.

We both took the dog to the trail for a walk. Dinner was fluffy pancakes with blueberries. We watched some YouTube videos and then an episode of Walker. Then we watched some more YouTube videos. Anyway, thanks for reading.
