My Actifit Report Card: January 23 2025
Breakfast was scrambled eggs with fried potatoes. I added spinach and American cheese to the eggs. We had to go do our grocery shopping about an hour away. This was also a big one for veggies and flour. We just went to two stores, Walmart and Aldi.
When we got back lunch was cheeseburgers on Martin’s potato rolls. I used American cheese and we had chips on the side. My wife started dinner in the crockpot and we watched some YouTube videos.
Dinner was a ham, multi bean and tomato soup that had cooked in the crockpot. We watched the movie Spenser Confidential. As we were preparing to rinse some dishes we noticed there was no water. We initially thought our pipes froze but a check on the internet showed it was a line break in the village. We went to bed early. Anyway, thanks for reading.
