My Actifit Report Card: January 20 2025
Breakfast was a millet porridge I made with half and half and strawberries from the freezer. Went into the yard with the dog because the temperature was near zero. The sky was pretty so I snapped a picture. Then I worked on some projects.
Before lunch I went to YouTube and streamed the presidential inauguration from ABC. Lunch was scrambled eggs with toast. We watched the inauguration during and after lunch. My wife went up to work on sewing but kept watching.
During a lull I processed some veggie and turkey broth we made. I also picked some meat off the carcass. I made a turkey gravy with some of the meat and frozen veggies. Put that in a casserole dish and topped with a drop biscuit recipe to bake in the oven. Kept watching the inauguration until about 7 pm. Did some more chores. Anyway, thanks for reading.
