My Actifit Report Card: December 28 2024

Breakfast was scrambled eggs with cheese and toast. We had a second slice of toast with almond butter. Went to the trail with the dog. Saw my friend Jim to wish him a happy new year. Otherwise, there was no one else on the trail. We waked a mile. Saw some trash along the way someone had dropped on the trail.

We drove up to New Philly for shopping. My wife had fabric to buy and we did some grocery shopping. We had picked up some sliced ham and American cheese to make roll ups in lieu of lunch along the way. When we got back we both took the dog to the trail. It was warmer and more folks were out walking.

Dinner was a fried ground turkey, black bean, corn and sweet potato mix. I added some salsa and peppers. We had it in bowls over white rice. We watched some episodes of The Mentalist. Anyway, thanks for reading.
