My Actifit Report Card: December 7 2024

Breakfast was scrambled eggs with leftover chicken, tomato, zucchini and then some sliced mushrooms. I fried some diced potatoes and peppers in the side. Took the dog to the trail because it was slightly warmer. We had a short walk none the less.

Lunch was egg salad sandwiches I made on fresh made sourdough bread. I added cheese and chips on the side. We watched some episodes of The Mentalist and then we took an afternoon nap.

We took the dog to the trail. First we stopped at the recycling bins to drop off the recycling. The trail was a good walk. It was warmer in the afternoon than in the morning. We stopped to grocery shop on the way home. Dinner was the leftover salad we made the other day. We finished it off. We watched more episodes of The Mentalist. Saw a pretty sunset after dinner. Anyway, thanks for reading.
