My Actifit Report Card: November 5 2024

Breakfast was French toast with another kind of sourdough bread we bought the other day. Took the dog to the trail. It was warm and clear. We had a good walk of a little over a mile.

We went out to vote before lunch. Our village votes at the local fire house. We stopped at the local grocery store on the way home. Lunch was the salad my wife made up yesterday which we added a dressing and put it on a large wrap. We watched some YouTube videos and then took a nap.

Went to the trail. My wife came and we were joined by our friend Sally and her dog. Had a good walk. At home dinner was the other half of the Acorn squash and stuffing from last night. We watched a couple of episodes of The Mentalist. My wife went to bed while I stayed up to watch the election results. Anyway, thanks for reading.
