My Actifit Report Card: October 31 2024

Breakfast was donut holes from the local Amish bakery and a slice of sourdough toast with almond butter. Went to the trail. Warm again this morning but only saw one other walker on the trail. And later a woman near the parking lot walking two dogs. We did a little over a mile.

Lunch was scrambled eggs with cheese and leftover meatloaf, peppers and mushrooms. We watched an episode of The Mentalist. Then my wife went up to work on quilt projects and I went out to move the last of the wood chips and mow some fallen leaves and grass to put into the garden.

We got ready for trick or treating. Put candy in a bowl and turned on the lights early. Dinner was roast chicken breast with the salad from the other day. We sat on the porch but only had a few kids come up out street. I figured it was because the neighbors were all older. It looked like rain might come but it did hold off. Watched some YouTube videos. Anyway, thanks for reading.
