My Actifit Report Card: October 25 2024

Breakfast was avocado toast using the sourdough. We went out on the deck and saw a deer in the neighbor’s back yard. Took the dog out later. The morning was cold and crisp. Didn’t see anyone on the trail. We did a mile but cut it short due to the cold.

Went to shop locally before lunch. Picked up ground beef, Polish sausage, and other odds and ends. Had cheeseburgers for lunch and watched an episode of the Mentalist.

Took the dog out again. More folks on the trail. Had a Sheriff’s car use the trail as a short cut. I moved myself and the dog off the trail. Dinner was the Polish sausage and sauerkraut on a bun. My wife had cheese and we both had mustard. Tater tots were the side. We watched the movie The Sorcerer’s Apprentice. Drive a little to get pictures of the sunset. Anyway, thanks for reading.
