My Actifit Report Card: October 5 2024

Breakfast was grits with blueberries mixed in. Took the dog to the trail. It was a chilly morning. We did a mile and a quarter. There was no one on the trail. Second breakfast was scrambled eggs and toast.

I worked on the project moving the wood chips I had left over from the garden to the compost pile. I layered some of the chips with the grass clipping from last week. Hopefully, I’ll have some soil after they breakdown. Lunch was the lentil soup from the other day. I added more broth and had some sourdough bread with it.

Dinner was some light snacking since we had lunch late. Took the dog to the trail. My wife came and we met Sally there. The ladies walked with Sally’s dog to the west and I walked our dog to the east. Then we went to our friend’s Sally and Dennis. They had corn stalks we cut down to use for Halloween decorations. We watched the movie First Daughter. Anyway, thanks for reading.
