My Actifit Report Card: June 28 2024
Breakfast was scrambled eggs and cheese with bacon. My wife passed on the cheese. Went to walk the trail. It was a nice day. Weather wasn’t too hot at all. Saw several sets of rabbits, parent and child, along the trail.
Took a picture of the dog as we sat out on the deck when we returned.
We processed some pork we bought the other day. Cut the loin into pork chops and froze that. Then we cubed some to place in the freezer before we ground it up to make the sausage patties.
Lunch was some of the pork sausage we made up fried and placed over rice. We watched a movie, Family Affair with Nicole Kidman and Zac Efron. Then we went out to mail a package and go shopping for some groceries.
Took the dog for the afternoon walk. Saw some flowers along the way. At a distance I thought they were lilies, but up close they were smaller clusters. The sky was blue and it felt warm, but not too hot.
Dinner was baked chicken. I had it on corn tortillas and my wife had some potato chips on the side. We watched some more episodes of Barbecue Showdown. Anyway, thanks for reading.
