My Actifit Report Card: June 14 2024

Breakfast was scrambled eggs and cooked rice with blueberries and strawberries. Went out to clean up the front yard after yesterday’s week eating. Then I took the dog to the trail. It was overcast but not a bad morning.

Went out to shop at the local grocery store for lunch. That consisted of cheeseburgers with mozzarella cheese. Mine on a bun and my wife’s on a warm corn tortilla. We watched some episodes of the third season of Bridgerton.

Took the dog for the afternoon walk. My wife joined us. It was a little better weather wise. There were no heavy clouds, but it was warmer.

After the trail we took a drive to the county seat to stop at tractor supply to pick up dog food and treats. At home dinner was zucchini fritters with cucumber spears on the side. After that we watched some episodes of Bridgerton and then some episodes of House MD. Anyway, thanks for reading.
