My Actifit Report Card: May 2 2024

Breakfast was scrambled eggs and cheese with toast. Took the dog to the trail for a short walk. Saw a few bicyclists on the path. Took some pictures.

Got home and tried again to get the cap I mistakenly flushed down the toilet out (see yesterday’s report), after a couple of tries I finally got it out and put the toilet back together.

Lunch was pasta with fried ground turkey and sautéed broccoli. I added some salsa to make a sauce. Took the dog for the afternoon walk. It was a hot afternoon, temperature was 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Dinner was a chicken salad I added cherry tomatoes, and black olives too. Then I placed some on pumpernickel and rye swirl bread and baked in the oven with cheese on top. Then we watched an episode of The Gentlemen. Anyway, thanks for reading.
