My Actifit Report Card: March 23 2023

Breakfast was scrambled eggs with cheese and toast. Worked on chores and I baked some raw chicken carcasses to make broth.

Lunch was chicken salad. I made the broth and packaged it up for freezing. My wife went shopping with our friend Sally.

Dinner was fried potatoes and polish kielbasa. I added a frozen package of homemade tomato and zucchini. We watched some YouTube videos. Anyway, thanks for reading.
