My Actifit Report Card: January 7 2023
Breakfast was rosemary roasted potatoes and scrambled eggs. We worked some more to organize the kitchen. My wife went to sweep the cobwebs from the basement and I worked on the plumbing upstairs.
Lunch was a cheese pizza from a local mom and pop. My wife took a nap and I worked on cutting up the carpet we took up the other day. After my wife’s nap she went to work pulling up nails in that bedroom and I went back to the plumbing in the upstairs bathroom.
Dinner was penne pasta with ground beef crumbles and salsa. I mixed in some cheese. We watched a movie on Netflix and did some tidying up before bed. I noticed my wife had blood on her pant cuff and it turned out she had a cut on her leg from working in the bedroom. Did some neosporin and bandaids. Anyway, thanks for reading.
