My Actifit Report Card: December 25 2022

Breakfast was scrambled eggs and cheese with toast. We worked a little on the packing. The big thing was getting ready for Christmas dinner. We were going to be alone since we had come down with Covid a couple of days ago and didn’t want to get anyone sick.

While I was prepping the veggies, we watch several Christmas movies on YouTube. Miracle on 34 th Street, The Bishop’s Wife, The Nativity Story, etc. Lunch was leftover pasta in red sauce and turkey in gravy.

Even with the dinner being half a turkey, I figured it would take a couple of hours. The idea was to use my Mom’s big aluminum roaster and add enough homemade veggie broth to keep it moist. I baked potatoes and mashed the insides, added them back and baked again. At the end I made gravy.

We watched a claymation from the sixties. We watched some YouTube videos. Some of our favorites who had shows for Christmas. All of it reminding my wife and I of our youth. Anyway, thanks for reading.
