Breathing Exercises and Their Benefits

Today feels cool after the rain last night.
So today, do breathing exercises, which will be beneficial for heart strength, optimizing lung function, strengthening the body's nerves, improving blood flow.
Breathing is a gift from God, but rarely does anyone optimize it. The average human only uses 30% of their lung capacity for daily activities.

In fact, the principle of power is a combination of 3 things, namely fuel, heat and oxygen. The combination of the three will determine the energy obtained.
For example, in a car that has Turbo installed, the aim is to allow more air (oxygen) to enter the combustion chamber so that fuel combustion is more optimal and produces greater power.

Likewise with our bodies, optimizing lung function to enter more air into the body will have a positive effect on the body. Greater energy will accelerate the revitalization of body cells. Strengthens and increases muscle mass, where when stomped it can destroy hard objects and if it is channeled smoothly it will have a healing effect on yourself or others.
